Portable roughness tester to determine roughness parameters: Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt, etc. It has a touch screen, measurement of any roughness parameter, accumulator and mains power supply, adjustment of different filters, diamond tip and external sensor.


Description

Tool for measuring surface roughness on different surfaces. It has an external sensor which allows to determine the surface roughness in small or narrow profiles. It also has a touch screen at the top where the device is operated and the measurement results are displayed. The roughness tester is powered by an internal accumulator. The accumulator is charged via a conventional USB mains adapter and the external sensor is connected by cable to the central unit of the roughness tester. The external sensor integrates a probe with a diamond tip with the ability to measure according to valid ISO, ANSI and JIS roughness standards.
