By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which GLOBALMAR collects, treats and protects the personal data provided through the forms available through the website https://globalmar.net/ (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the data derived from its navigation and other data that may be provided in the future to GLOBALMAR.
The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way, in order to facilitate its understanding, determining freely and voluntarily if he/she wishes to provide GLOBALMAR with his/her personal data.

7. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE DATA PROCESSING?

- He/she will be responsible for the false or inaccurate information provided through the Website and for the damages, direct or indirect, caused to GLOBALMAR or third parties.
