2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which GLOBALMAR collects, treats and protects the personal data provided through the forms available through the website https://globalmar.net/ (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the data derived from its navigation and other data that may be provided in the future to GLOBALMAR.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way, in order to facilitate its understanding, determining freely and voluntarily if he/she wishes to provide GLOBALMAR with his/her personal data.

7. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE DATA PROCESSING?

The data processing for the acquisition of products and/or services through the Website will be necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship between the User and GLOBALMAR.

The processing of data for marketing purposes, related to GLOBALMAR's own goods and services and similar services for its customers, will be based on the legitimate interest recognized by the regulations when the User has acquired goods and/or services from GLOBALMAR. In case there is no such contractual relationship, the data processing will be based on the consent of the User as stated in the current regulations in force. To this effect, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided properly updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.
  • He/she guarantees that he/she has informed the third parties from whom he/she provides his/her data, in case he/she does so, of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, he/she guarantees that he/she has obtained their authorization to provide their data to GLOBALMAR for the indicated purposes.
  • He/she will be responsible for the false or inaccurate information provided through the Website and for the damages, direct or indirect, caused to GLOBALMAR or third parties.

11. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

One of the purposes for which GLOBALMAR processes the personal data provided by the Users is to send them electronic communications with information related to goods, services, promotions, offers, events or news relevant to the Users. 12. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

  • Obtain confirmation as to whether GLOBALMAR is processing personal data concerning the User or not.
  • Access their personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
